Ceremonies of Love and Commitment
I would be honored to facilitate a union for you and your loved one(s). I am humbled that you would even consider me when thinking about the love and Loveship you want to create in the world; to hold space is even more of an honor. I have done multiple ceremonies in the past for beloved elders and peers.
However, I don’t just officiate weddings. I officiate sacred unions as part of my Priestly path in the Ifa-Orisa tradition. So, there are some things to deeply consider if you want me to facilitate your self-initiation into a union. AND you can always change your mind.
The main thing to consider is that Loveship joining/marriage/unions/commitment ceremony are an initiation in my worldview and as a Priest and spiritual practitioner. As such there is no way for me to "go through the motions" even though we could do so deeply and beautifully and meaningfully. I relate with complete humility and surrender to spirit meaning I am using my spiritual tools to support you and your union in the physical realm and the spiritual realm. So, I pray and make offerings to be guided by spirit-ancestors in my role from start to finish. And you of course use your own tools and intuition to make requests and counter proposals along the way. So, there would be a good bit of trust all around. What my prayers have clarified so far regarding my role is the following:
1) I would support you to make your own vows to share in the union CEREMONY;
2) I would facilitate a process for you and your chosen family who will participate in the ceremony AND create a collective commitment for them to make (with your review/editing power which I would take back into prayer)
3) I would lead a RITUAL between just the two of you alone before the process with your chosen family;
4) I would require you get an astrological reading from my trusted astrological collaborator
5) I would need your birth days, times and locations to support all of the above.
This is the general flow for romantic and non-romantic commitment ceremonies alike.
Price range depends on what else is involved (i.e. travel, size of the ceremony, lead time, etc.) but starts at $600. It doesn’t include the astrological reading.
For Friends and family we start with a conversation and prayer about the offering.
