Sangodare’s Film & Media Team
Existing Knowledge & Skill
We are so excited at even the prospect of collaborating with you. We want to have a sense of where you feel most comfortable in your film, media, producing and broadcasting work. This work is in a Black Feminist AND Sacred Space context. So, we would also appreciate having a sense of what spaces you would and would not be comfortable working in as crew.
Some of the spaces require everyone present to also participate. Therefore, we would like a sense of the areas you would be able and willing to venture into for our collaboration. For example, a mantra workshop might require all participants be aligned in saying the Black Feminist Mantra or a silent meditation retreat might require silence while the sun is up even from the crew.
We are interested in getting a more detailed understanding of your knowledge and skills along with your affinities and interests. That way we can be sure to supplement our overall team with other collaborators on a project-by-project basis.
If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
Interest and/or Afinnity
We are grateful to the universe and all of our ancestors that there is an alignment strong enough to bring us together at this moment. Our interest is also in supporting you to follow your creative path beyond this particular role. We are happy for this collaboration to be a learning experience and skill-building experience for all of us.
Other Collaborators
The team is likely to rotate week-to-week and from location-to-location but still follow the vision, production plan and workflows set up by Sangodare and their producers. It is therefore important to have clearly defined roles at each project.

Knowledge, Skill and Interest Form
Hopefully, this form will be a relatively quick and easy way for you to communicate to us about your knowledge, skills and interests related to our needs. The tasks listed below represent the necessary elements to achieve our goals, mission and vision. They fall into three categories - Media/Communications, Logistics/Administrative and Metaphysical/Non-linear/Spiritual. Choosing Disagree does not eliminate you from the crew. It just let’s us know more about your boundaries and blessings.
Choose your selections based on this statement: "I have knowledge, skill, a practice or interest in this area." Choose the most relevant and highest level that applies.
For example, I have a lot of experience color correcting and color grading but I do not want to make color. So, I would choose "Strongly Disagree" because what is most relevant is that I have no interest in doing this task.
