Is Black Feminist Film School only for Black Women?

No. BFFS takes a Black Feminist approach AND prioritizes those underrepresented in the filmmaking and media-making fields.

Do I have to know what Black Feminism is already to take one of these course?

It is best for you to have a sense of what it is in order to know what you are committing to when you enroll. There is information on our BFFS home page that give you an overview and also more information throughout the site.
